Your personal data is processed by the MyTalentPilot platform as the data controller. Contact: support@mytalentpilot.com
Identity information (name, surname), contact information (email), CV data (education, experience, skills), job posting data, and analysis results are processed.
Your data is processed for CV analysis and structuring, job matching, providing personalized recommendations, improving service quality, and fulfilling legal obligations.
Your data is processed based on your explicit consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interest, and legal obligations.
Your personal data is shared with infrastructure providers (Supabase, OpenAI) and the payment provider (Paddle) solely for the purpose of providing the service. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your personal data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, all your data will be permanently deleted.
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed, request information about processing purposes, know to whom data is transferred, request correction, request deletion or destruction, object to automated analysis results, and request compensation for damages.
To exercise your rights, you may submit a written application to support@mytalentpilot.com. Your applications will be responded to within 30 days at the latest.
