At MyTalentPilot, we value customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the refund conditions for credit purchases.

Digital Product Policy

MyTalentPilot is a credit-based SaaS platform. Credits are purchased prepaid and used for services such as CV analysis and job matching. Each credit usage is processed instantly and the digital service is delivered immediately.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. For partially used packages, only the unused credit amount is eligible for refund. No refunds are available after the 14-day period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@mytalentpilot.com. Please include your account email address and purchase details. Refund requests are reviewed within 5-10 business days, and approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Payment Processor: Paddle

All payments are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles invoicing, tax calculation, and payment processing. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Charges will appear as 'Paddle' on your bank or credit card statement.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following cases: used credits (spent on analysis or other services), accounts that violate our terms of service, and transactions where fraud or abuse has been detected.
